Jerusalem and Pignon 2017
In March of 2017, we assembled an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other volunteers in the fields of emergency medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics. With this team, we embarked on a two week medical trip to Jerusalem and Pignon, Haiti. Over 824 patients were seen and treated during the trip. We accomplished this through partnering with Community Empowerment, who were running an established clinic. We also worked with local Haitian physicians allowing us to continue providing sustainable care to these wonderful communities.
